Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very comfortable and cosy, but they were small and dated. The toilet made a loud noise when flushed, and the shower was weak. On a positive note, the location was perfect for my needs, and the staff was friendly. However, being situated over the wedding reception room was a bit of a drawback. The dining experience was really good, with tasty breakfast options, but the facilities were lacking. Overall, it was a decent stay with some ups and downs.
The hotel is set in a nice part of the Ribble Valley, making it easy for us to return a hire car and catch our flight from Manchester. Although the village of Accrington is underwhelming, the location above the reception area with the cozy bench for two provides a romantic snug ambiance. However, noise isolation in the rooms was not good, and being directly over the main function room could be bothersome at times.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were basic and not really worth the money, but they were fairly clean. Unfortunately, the noise from the fire door banging was quite bothersome, and the sound from the wedding party made it hard to relax. On the bright side, the staff were efficient and friendly, and the delicious breakfast provided a touch of luxury. Overall, an average stay with some highs and lows.
The hotel offers unacceptable rooms, but I appreciate being informed about next year's party tickets and enjoyed a pleasant breakfast with a comfy bed and excellent food. The service was lacking, but the location was perfect for my visit to relatives.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice and well-decorated but not as clean as expected, with some dust around. The WiFi was excellent, but the kettle was a bit rattly. The price paid was £75, and it didn't fully match the expectations set by the website pictures.
